About the project
The name 3 Wymiary Bronowice reflects the comprehensiveness of our approach to the project.
While thinking about our next project, we wanted to offer something more than just a place to live, so we are seeking larger areas that can provide comfort in the form of recreational facilities for future residents.
Thus, this time we have acquired almost 1ha of land adjacent to areas designated for park greenery.
The three aspects of a good development, according to us, are:

Comfortable, functional apartments
Our architectural office's 30 years of experience in designing residential projects provides a solid basis for responsible and comprehensive planning of the housing estate.
We designed a harmonious complex of three buildings inscribed in carefully selected greenery. The restrained architecture and careful detailing of the buildings provide an excellent background for the surrounding greenery, and the functionally thought-out layouts of the apartments guarantee comfort and convenience.
2.
Recreation
The locations where we plan our projects are not accidental.
Stelmach Street is another location that has met our expectations. In this area valued by residents of Kraków, we appreciated the proximity of low-rise buildings, proximity to parks, shopping centres, schools, bicycle trails that lead to such charming places as the Landscape Park, the Kraków Valleys and the Ojców National Park. This has convinced us that we have chosen a good place to live, not only in the sense of comfortable apartments and being surrounded by greenery.

Relationships
are the foundation of our well-being and happiness. Provide us with emotional support, support our personal development and affect our mental health.
We want the space we've created to nurture these ties, provide pretexts for neighbourly relationships and allow us to build a small community among residents. Let's meet in the playground, talk, drink coffee together while working in a common space, and host a board game tournament in the afternoon.

Living in a housing estate designed this way, you are not anonymous, we know each other not only by sight, but also by our joint initiatives, meetings and activities. Our residents do not have to close themselves “within four walls”, as the housing estate, together with the designed amenities, provokes the use of common spaces : a common room, coworking space, alleys full of greenery or a bicycle storage room. The place where we live, as you can see, can also meet many of our needs beyond the basic ones related to housing. An address you want to identify with is a good place to live. We create spaces full of harmony, order. Architecture does not dominate, but serves, favours and becomes a pretext for creating mutual human relationships.”
